Across the Andes (12 days
/ 11 nights)
An adventure in 4x4 vehicles through several landscapes
of the country, passing over its different colors, traveling
from arid deserts to snowy mountains of the Andes, passing
through huge highlands and colorful Andean valleys.
A panoramic trip with mountain and desert views.
Our Proposal:
1st Day:
Arrival to Lima
2nd Day:
Trip in 4x4 toward the Ecological Reserve of Paracas,
excursion in the coastal desert. Optional: flight over
Nazca lines from Ica.
3rd Day:
Excursion to Ballestas islands, inhabited by a huge
number of birds and marine mammal species. Trip in 4x4
toward the Andes mountains.
4th Day:
Visit to the colorful city of Ayacucho and excursion
to Wari temples
5th and 6th Day:
Trip in 4x4 through the Andes, between highlands and
snowy mountains toward Andahuaylas and then Cusco.
7th Day:
Visit to Cusco city and the surrounding temples.
8th Day:
Excursion to the Lost city of the Incas: Machu Picchu
9th and 10th Day:
Trip through highlands toward Titicaca Lake, excursion
in the highest navigable lake of the world. Trip to
Colca's Canyon.
11th Day:
Excursion to the deepest canyon of the world and the
Mirador de los Condores.
12th Day:
Visit to the colonial city and Santa Catalina's convent.
Flight back to Lima and visit to the capital city.
Extension and specific interest options:
Inca Trail, Amazonian jungle, Inti Raymi and local feasts. |
