Hotels will likely add charges when you make international
calls from your room. Ask your hotel operator about charge
or fee policies before placing a call. To avoid extra
charges, make collect calls, or bill the call to an international
telephone calling card.
Look for signs with a telephone symbol that say "larga
distancia"(long Distance) if you need to make a long
distance call from a public phone. You can make long distance
calls from just about every public phone in Peru.

00 + Area Code + Phone Number. It is possible to make
phone calls from public phones with calling cards of 10,
20 and 40 Nuevos soles, you can also make calls with coins.

any phone in the country..

There are many telecomunication companies that offer the
celular renting service in different modalities.
Internet Services:
There are many internet coffee shops or cyber cafés,
public internet booths and many similar services where
you can rent a computer for hours and check your e-mails
